We are very fortunate to have the Standish Kiwanis help us with our Post Home. We don't expect this location to be permanent, and we will keep you posted on future developments.

We meet at the Kiwanis Building on the Kiwanis Beach Road just off the Osippee Trail West (Click on the map above for directions).

Our regular meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. See our Post Calendar for more information.

The Ways and Means Committee will meet on September 11, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Post Home.

Our next regular membership meeting will be on September 25, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Post Home. All current and prospective members are welcome.

Worthy of our Attention

Post 128 along with the Legion Auxiliary will be hosting a Breakfast for the benefit of our local veterans on Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5, serving from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on each day, at The Inlet Restaurant on Route 113 (Peqauwket Trail) in Standish .  See the delicious menu offerings in the Fundraising section of our site.

Several officers of Post 128 recently thanked Sebago Lake Chevrolet for supplying pickup trucks used in the Standish Family Festival parade.  Read about the event in the News section of our site.

Earlier this year, our Post elected and installed its officers, and also received its Post Charter from the American Legion, Department of Maine. Read about the event here.
