May 22, 2008--Standish, ME 

 

A new slate of Post Officers were elected and installed at Standish Memorial Post 128 at its monthly Post membership meeting.  Maine Department Sergeant-At-Arms Daniel Ayotte, National Executive Committeeman Alternate William Bickford, and former Second District Commander Robert Morrill (acting as Chaplain) presided over the induction ceremony.

 

After the induction ceremony, Robert Morrill (above right) presented Post Commander Carl Henrikson (left) with the official Charter for Post 128 on behalf of the American Legion, signifying that Post 128 and its members have been recognized and established as an active part of the Legion and the local community.
